Service agreement
By using Krew, you agree to these terms. Krew connects customers with independent service operators. Operators are responsible for service delivery; Krew provides the platform, dispatch, and payment processing.
Bookings & cancellations
Instant bookings are confirmed upon payment. Cancel free up to 2 hours before scheduled dispatch. Late cancellations may incur a fee up to 50% of the booking subtotal.
Pricing & payments
Displayed prices include applicable platform fees and taxes unless noted as a quote range. Custom quotes require your approval before work begins.
Operator standards
All operators must maintain required licenses, insurance, and background clearance. Krew reserves the right to remove operators who fail to meet platform standards.
Limitation of liability
Krew's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking in dispute. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
